In the not too distant past I started a blog about photography. It was a modest affair. Like so many such things others had done before me, it began full of promise with the resolution to not let it go to that Blog Graveyard after the initial buzz had faded. And I kept it up as a regular contributor for 4 whole episodes.
Then the Christmas holidays set in. Blog? What blog?
I have a friend who knows much more about these things and how to really make them work, pull me aside and said he’d set me up properly. Fine. Of course, almost immediately, we both became impossibly busy with numerous other projects and now here I am, 5 months later. Ready to “start” again.
Not all that unlike the first attempt. But it is New and by default Improved too, I suppose. At least after another 4 more entries. It has to get better. Or at least so I’m told. You won’ t get to see the rubbish I hashed out the first run. Much easier to trash it all and start fresh.
So here we go. Let’s see what we can break. Nothing fancy. You really do get what you pay for.
But in the meantime, I’ll see what all the fuss is about and try to pretend I know what I’m doing.
